Still not working, now it says: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again."

I'm getting the same message about the submitted form being invalid. =/

Yes, I am using a different style different to the default of the forum. I'll try changing it to the default.

It tells me that Administrators have forbidden any new members. Why not just make a new one with a somewhat similar URL?

Oh, my bad. I've been to the new one once, I just forgot!

I hate to admit, but it is pretty darn empty

I figured out how to register I think.

Go to the site, and go to the register screen. Try to register, and you should get the "Invalid form" error. Scroll down to the bottom, and click "Delete all board cookies". Hit yes on the next screen, and then try registering again.

This worked for me, now all I'm doing is waiting for the email to come.

Only thing is, I don't think the emails are getting sent. I still haven't received mine.

The administrators should be able to set our accounts to activated, but that'd be annoying to have to do for everyone who registers.
